aL-faTihaH uTK nenDa ku YAng TErSAyang.....

pagi 2 lebih kurang pukul 7 pagi......aku seperti biasa bersiap nak ke ofis bersama suami... sedang elok aku nak naik moto tetiba phone suamiku berbunyi... aku pandang suami..suami pandang aku... dlm hati jgan lah ada benda yg tak elok berlaku... ku tgk no abah yg naik... aku jawab...hati dah tak keruan... aku dgr suara mak...bunyi cam tenang je....takpa cakap byk...mak terus kata nenek dah takde...tanpa diundang air mata terus keluar...sayu hati aku...nenek dah pegi meninggalkan aku.....terus ku call angah maklumkan berita ini...

setiba dirumah mak...org dah ramai..alhamdulillah...
walaupun nenek bukan org tempat aku namun munkin kerana mak abah org kenal...
masa sampai pun org dah sembahyangkan jenazah..aku terlewat..namun aku redha..tak dapat tatap wajah nenek kali terakhir...takpelah..semuanye pun dah sempurna
namun aku terkilan sbb tak dpt mengiringi jenazah nenek ke perkuburan...aku dlm keadaan tidak mengizinkan..tak pelah biarlah suamiku aje yg pergi...

masih aku ingat kali terakhir aku berjumpa nenek semasa menyambut raya puasa...itulah kali terakhir aku menantap wajah nenek.....ah betapa aku rindu pada nenek...dan jugak atuk....

ya allah ko tempatkanlah mereka dikalangan org yang beriman...amin....

Bahan-Bahan:
4 ekor ketam [potong 2 dan bersihkan]
2 s/b cili sos
2 s/b tomato sos
1 s/k gula
1 cawn air
3 s/b minyak
1 s/k garam

daun sup dan daun bawang [potong pendek]

bahan mesin
4 ulas bawang putih
5 biji bawang merah
5 tangkai cili merah


Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan mesin sehingga wangi.
2. Masukkan air, cili sos, tomato sos, gula dan ketam. Biarkan sehingga mendideh dan pekat.
3. Bila nampak naik minyak dn ketam masak, tutup api dan angkat.
4. Taburkan daun sup & daun bawang semasa menghidangkan.
